It wasn't a strawman kind of thing, the goal behind that terrible intro, is to show the reader how I like dominenet, controlling women, but how that should end up in bedrooms, and never get out because then it will be a type of tyranny; a nasty one too. Feminism is domination to me, not equality.

Meaning is, mystic, men are not women, women are not men, women sometimes sin differently, that's all. some sins only women can do, and some sins only men can do, take the sin in the verse: hiding children from their fathers, what women who cheat on their husbands and get impregnated by other lovers?
Ever pictured the poor husband, spending a lifelong journy of raising a kid that isn't his?
The Quran too speaks about women who do this:
(Sura 60 12 ) O Prophet, when the believing women come to you pledging to you that they will not associate anything with Allah, nor will they steal, nor will they commit unlawful sexual intercourse, nor will they kill their children, nor will they bring forth a slander they have invented between their arms and legs, nor will they disobey you in what is right - then accept their pledge and ask forgiveness for them of Allah. Indeed, Allah is Forgiving and Merciful.
You know, that some women throw their infant children in the garbage because they had a "sex accidents", right?

Mystic, in this life you either like stuff or dislike stuff; the verse is simply telling you to reconsider the thing you hate; maybe this thing you hate has quite a good interest for you.
Let's say I hate agatha because her feet smell bad. But she's a good mother and has a wonderful personality. If I hated her, I will waste such a good chance to be happy.
This is exactly what mature people learn, when life takes us deep in its core..we must always reconsider, the things we hate the most might be the places where we find true value and happiness.

A woman who wants to have a better standard of living might work, many do, but being a "housewife" is so common in the west.
The Quran said that men MUST protect and spend on their wives, despite the wife's financial state. To be a husband, you must pay to your wife her housing, her food, her medicine...etc.
Here, it's in this verse:
( Sura 4 verse 34 ) Men are guardians on women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard. But those [wives] from whom you fear arrogance - [first] advise them; [then if they persist], forsake them in bed; and [finally], strike them. But if they obey you [once more], seek no means against them. Indeed, Allah is ever Exalted and Grand.
The shia faith might be sexist, but please don't accuse the Quran of being so blindly.
