Unless, My one teenage lucid dream retrofitted all the other imaginings?

I don't think you can retrofit false memories from a time into an earlier time in your mind?
That's why I'm swearing it happened the way it did but am not trying to offer an explanation.
I'd love for some scientific dept to try to "get" those memories out of my head.
Do not want to be the poster boy for some pseudoscience bullshit charlatans.

Maybe one way you could look at it is to try and logically debunk it... for instance would a baby be capable of understanding whatever you told it? I don't know but I doubt it.

With my fan heater thing I've repeatedly referred to those memories throughout my life... and likewise I feel 'certain' that they happened but the way I see it is that the feeling of certainty is not a reliable measure of truth... it often means delusion.

I think the only thing you can really rely on is the present... that previous memories could be affected in many ways... you could even have the remembrance of feeling certain all this time but that in itself could be part of the confabulation.

I'm not uncomfortable with a permanent death. That's just how it is. If there was an afterlife, I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Can you imagine living forever? Fuck that.

Kinda depends on what the afterlife is like, don'cha know.

I did fear death once. Now I fear that I may cause my daughter a lot of pain by dying too early.
I'd like her to at least be an adult with a bit more psychological strength to handle it.
I think the trick is to not expect an afterlife, but be such a good person that you get an honorary membership despite your lack of beliefs if one of the religions turn out to be true.
I think I'm all good, either way. I'm working on it at least. :-)

Yes, you totally can, and there have been many psychological studies involving implanting of ideas that people remember as events:

Cool BB!

A very possible explanation for my crazy ass reincarnation memory!
I'm fucked if I know why I would even do that since I've never been religious or fussed about reincarnation, afterlife, etc?
I've never been depressed either. (except when my footy team loses).

EDIT:
Haha ...that reminds of the Christian conspiracy theory where God put the fossils in the ground to make the earth look old!
How do I know that you don't work the company that does all the reincarnations? You're trying to put me off because I'm getting closer to the truth!
You must think I'm stupid! HA! (please don't answer)

It kind of reminds me of that scene in Reservoir Dogs where he's trying to imagine every aspect of men's room so that he can lie convincingly about an experience... almost trying to implant a memory.
