With your stinky feces, short lifespan, weak bodies, lack of resources?
You suffocate if you ever tried to leave home, even in spacecrafts your "lack of resources" is just pathetic, humans, a mere sign, for us to realize how weak we are.

It will be mad to claim that you came to be without help; if you don't believe in God, then the "universe" gave birth to you; you either obey its rules or perish. Go ahead; try your luck against a speeding object; collide with it and see how that human body shall fair against the strike; simplify the test and tough the boiler  for more than a minute or two when you make your morning coffee, see how that flesh would react.

Stars and mighty celestial objects, planets, moons, obey; one by one, in their patterns they cycle, and whomever breaks out and rebels: perish. Supernova..black hole..ruins.

Why does the Christian & Heathen mentality posses all humans? why is God simplified in the image of an old man, sitting on mount Olympus, or a son on a cross; an octupus-like Sheva, or a smiling overweight Buddha?

Who do we think we are? always the ego, even God -in our sight- needs to be human; must look human; and we look like God ourselves; "created in his image" they say..le

Who?
Disobey..come on..hold your breath..I dare you..I double dare you: you'll inhale the oxygen; eventually. and the only reason that makes us leave, is that we didn't achieve our dreams, not that we "don't wanna enjoy it precious life".But..

We can't see God..but indeed we can see ourselves,, and in the midst of meditating in our reflection, the collision of two stars just show us how small we are, how the defiance is so weak; like when two stars leave their orbit and cross paths..

Like when a black hole swallows a lost planet.
An unbreakable law..But ego, can indeed ruin the logic of such mentality.

As the only beings that could conjure any God we fancy out of thin air, I would say we are not tiny, but omnipotent raise to an googleplex power and can rightly place any God whom even the least of us can, and only the least of want to, create in the uttermost of contemptuous.

Hey Atlas, we really are not mad at any god, not Allah, not Yahweh, not Vishnu, not Buddha not Jesus.

But humans have a hard time worldwide seeing beyond their own club. And yes, some religious people DO piss us off as individuals, and since we are skeptics, we do blaspheme any claim from any religion. But your post is really weird out of normal for you.

But yes, we DO accept our finite existence, and we DO accept that we are unimportant to the planet and the universe. But our species while we exist, do matter to each other, whether we agree or not. All humans have are each other. That DOES matter.

It's a citing attempt at human ego, and how it affects religious choices.
You analyzed my post correctly ! I wrote the first line before reading all your comment.

Well, there are two scenarios:
1)Humans created God, and their ego drew a very distorted image
2)God does exist and humans did know that (at one point), and with time their ego twisted his image

Ah..atheism is the denial of number two..and actually, even religious people nowadays -a large portion of them- don't agree on ALL of scenario 2; i.e the twisting of the idea of God to fit their human needs.
I can agree with you. Though if any gods existed, and cared about how this species thinks of them, and planned to judge us for our actions, you'd think that god would try harder to set everyone straight. Instead, it lets its followers kill each other over differences in how they worship it, or what they believe it thinks.
I do think I could do a better job of things, if I had was all powerful, but that's just a hypothetical, and two thousand years from now most who could view my life would likely call my ideas outdated too. That's unavoidable if you don't change over time, which the abrahamic god supposedly doesn't.

Yeah humanity sucks. I agree. And now you will have to deal with my (probably) incoherent rambling.

There are days when I'm paralyzed with worry. I fear for the future. I feel even more terrible when I'm sad because my current job breaks the ego (perhaps fortunately), I can assure of that: it reminds me of how much worse many people have everyday.

I have to read about lots of the people whom Allah has cursed in this Dunyah. What possible motive could there be for giving a baby cancer? And to them be insulted by being told there is a good reason for people suffering like that or that I'm ignorant for asking why Allah takes away the free will of victims of crime (like when the Israeli settlers take away the freedom of the people of the West Bank). Where is Allah, the granter of our free will?

Allah could have done me a favour and not brought me into a world full of such utter stupidity. Humans are terrible and they're also very stupid. The Earth is dying and you have noobs telling people there's nothing to worry about because their favourite deity will sort it out as it controls the climate. It's maddening.

Three are days when I just want it all to end. I'll be just another sad irreligious person adding to the confirmation bias of the many Theists. All I am to most people is just a another number. It's awful to think about but true. And our universe doesn't care about me either. And Allah certainly doesn't.

Allah has done nothing for me as I can tell (I'm not an Allah detector) Things happen because I put my mind to it: If prayer worked as it's supposed to then I would not need to put in the effort. I realized I can just skip the prayer part. Where was that laws of physics defying miracle when I needed it? Such a miracle should have me recite Shahada right away.

And not only that, the person who first got me interested in Quran, they're long since dead thanks to Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama. It's inconceivable that the young Libyan hasn't died by now since I haven't spoken to them in years. They were eloquent and polite in their Dawah but apparently Allah had other ideas. They took them away from this Dunyah. And such events shape a person. I should be grateful for where I am but life is just so tough for me.

My existence is burdensome. Life is troubling. And yes, humanity sucks. I just showed that. But I'm not exactly what you want me to say. Politically we have lots of agreement.

Life is also rare. Our universe, you might say, is one of contradiction. We are insignificant but at the same time special. For all our flaws were should be proud to be human, however hard that may be.

Wait...

According to you, Hawking says the universe came out of nothing. And you think that's dumb.

Yet according to you, the universe did come out of nothing; just with a weird super being supervising... thats just an additional unecessary assumption. How is that any less dumb?

Allah came out of nothing and then Allah randomly decided, after an 'eternity' that something should exist. Why bother creating our universe? Allah seems rather mean for subjecting us to this Dunyah. Why can't we skip the Dunyah and Allah creates humans to share Jannah with instead of doing this whole convoluted test thing? Religion is too confusing for me; it's not as simple as people want me to believe.

Yeah, it's totally dumb. God is portrayed as all knowing and all powerful and all wise, yet he's screwing around with us for kicks. Doesn't quite add up. How quickly would this shit get boring to a dude of his intelligence?

I understand why people imagine a God. They assign agency to things. They think in terms of humans doing things, so they created another humanoid who "made everything". They are uncomfortable with not knowing how we came about. Then they pretend it's not a humanoid, even though it has every human character flaw going.

The biblical God was simply the series of men who ruled the dominant empire in the Middle East area during ancient times.  "God" was just a title.  Look at the Japanese and the attributes they gave to their emperor god.  We need to move away from the idea that there's some weird ass celestial deity watching over us.  There's no such being in this solar system.
