It's not like we're recruiting for the next soccer match..
It's all about you and where you want to end up: heaven or hell.

The next soccer match at least would happen.  (BTW, my idea of hell would be watching fucking soccer for eternity.)

Heaven and hell are just phony concepts to control your tiny little mind.  They have been remarkably effective even without being real.

Even though America played well in the last world cup, I have to stress on your need to "consider" other sports as a nation !
I mean, the whole world unites on nothing, but soccer. But you won't find Americans because you are so involved in American Football, and the NBA!

American Football is all about violence, and it's discriminating, you have to be very large I mean "VERY" to join, it's discriminating against petite guys, and moreover it's full of violence, personally I don't hate getting "physical" in sports -back in the day in school I used to wrestle with the guys-, but American Football is just too much ! Receiving a shoulder from a 9-foot troll can make your brain eject from your skull !

Basketball and the NBA is similiar..you have to be very tall too, so it's descriminating against shorter people !! 
Soccer on the other hand, well, everybody can play it, from japan to Europe, nobody feels "weird" in the stadium.

Brian, hi. It just crossed my mind; the idea of the post seems very logical from my perspective..

Yes! Above all, human life -and all life, literally- must be utterly respected, it's not about leaving it to feelings & "feeling sorry for the fallen", but it's about "seeing life, as a shiny gift that each of us posses", one gift that should be respected and mostly: preserved with extra care.

On that side, ego plays a big role -on both sides:religious and irreligious" when people  play the role of the grim reaper and God together, causing earth to bleed in one corrupted mess..

We are taught to view life in the Christian/Jewish fashion: a battle between good & evil where both are bleeding each others out in an epic, greek-mythology like scene. But it's not the case; the battle doesn't involve God, actually he's an observer and a witness, we play against Satan, while God reveals and illuminate the path the could make us win against Satan (because he is just, and simply hates bullies).

This is a test ground where we should prove our worth: 
-Are we like Satan? Egoistic creatures who allow jealousy to rule our hearts?
-Or we would seek to ascend to God, there were ego doesn't exist, where jelousy,greed and evil is punished with eternal flames, where demons meet their final destination (both human demons & Devil Demons).

That's how I see it..God does engulf his followers with mercy (even his enemies), but it's not a battle where he plays the role of a military general..It's a debate between as and Satan, Satan knows he'll end up in hell, he's not fighting God, he's fighting US.

Actually, that was pretty coherent. It made total sense. To be honest, any sane person would conclude those same ideas and hold the same opinion regarding this life; we are born in hardship, from day one the hammer of -some call God, some call fate, some call the high indifference- descend on our bones, ripping it and causes bruises that won't heal.

The pain though, is such a tasty one, MNMP. I suffer from MS, multiples sclerosis that is, and I actually think I'm currently dying..I live in Saudi Arabia, and with the advent of the summer, my sickness became terrible beyond believe..I cant even walk straight for more than a couple of street-crosses or so, that scorching heat if Arabia.. The same sun that schorched the Muslim prisinors who were being tortured by Quraish, 1400 years ago.

I'm dying. I just know it : but it's okay. It's not like I wanna live in this sad world; I agree with you on how grim and dark this world is. 
Never thought death would taste like this..it tastes like a sweet salvation. God answered my prayers, I never wanted this life.

God exists; MNMP, this fatal disese I have taught me nothing, but how humans waste their lives on stupid things.

Like a teenager girl, fighting mommy over "Tommy"...Uhhhh MOOOOOM !! Girl ! the time you spend fighting mommy, can be spent "hugging" mommy, hug her before she leaves you stupid fuck ! tomorrow you'll grow up, and you will have love with Tommy all day long.

I just regret those moments I spent fighting my mom back in the day..IDK..so MNMP, really this world sucks..but God exists. I just know it. 

Look..it can be harder. It's "semi-hard", hard to a level that allows you to think, allows you to grasp the truth, but never was it meant for us to survive and live..so short.

Humans are fragile, weak animals who have to defecate and procreate and eat food = God.

Humans are amazing and unique seperate from animal life due to our amazing intelligence = God.

I don't see how either implies there is  god or not a god. 

a desolate universe doesn't prove to me there's no god and a complex intelligent brain DEFINITELY doesn't prove there is a god to me.

It baffles me when religious people point to human uniqueness in comparison with other animals as a sign of god. We're the most intelligent ape and that inherant ability is magnified by a strict culture of education.  Take away that culture of education and have a baby raised by dogs you don't get a kid who's going to work for NASA, advance medical science or do any "unique" human things, they're going to walk on all fours and shit in the corner.

You suffocate if you ever tried to leave home, even in spacecrafts your "lack of resources" is just pathetic, humans, a mere sign, for us to realize how weak we are.

It will be mad to claim that you came to be without help; if you don't believe in God, then the "universe" gave birth to you; you either obey its rules or perish. Go ahead; try your luck against a speeding object; collide with it and see how that human body shall fair against the strike; simplify the test and tough the boiler  for more than a minute or two when you make your morning coffee, see how that flesh would react.

Stars and mighty celestial objects, planets, moons, obey; one by one, in their patterns they cycle, and whomever breaks out and rebels: perish. Supernova..black hole..ruins.

Why does the Christian & Heathen mentality posses all humans? why is God simplified in the image of an old man, sitting on mount Olympus, or a son on a cross; an octupus-like Sheva, or a smiling overweight Buddha?

Who do we think we are? always the ego, even God -in our sight- needs to be human; must look human; and we look like God ourselves; "created in his image" they say..le

We can't see God..but indeed we can see ourselves,, and in the midst of meditating in our reflection, the collision of two stars just show us how small we are, how the defiance is so weak; like when two stars leave their orbit and cross paths..

Like when a black hole swallows a lost planet.
An unbreakable law..But ego, can indeed ruin the logic of such mentality.
