On second thought, maybe he should just have his hands and feet duct taped together, his mouth taped shut and his nose partially blocked so he can barely breathe. Then just dump his body somewhere freezing cold and wet.

As an owner of an animal rescue, we get cases like this far more than one would like. Truly sad how this poor boy was treated and so glad they caught the guy and it looks like Justice is recovering well. Happy end to a sad story.
