That was the intent of the original post. I thought the 'test' was humorous, in fact, I had posted that in the joke section a while back. But to publicly display it in a school environment like that, whether the teacher intended it as humorous, racist, or just plain "fuck you!" on the way out, was inappropriate at best.

Just like the kids in the class, you are a failure because you can't stay focused on the task at hand.  You are too easily distracted by irrelevant things.

Seriously? If people were upset about the difficulty of the questions, why aren't they upset about non-racist difficult questions? And even if they were too hard for me, I could crib the answers of the internet, so providing them proves absolutely nothing about the situation; but you asking me to says a lot about you.

This was first reported way back in 1993, the teacher was apparently about to retire then, so I'm guessing they're dead now.
