I don't know why anyone would defend the guy he killed so many many many people.

People are just pissed because Hitler killed white people instead of black people. No one says Jack Shit about KIng Leopold II of Belgium who killed 12 million black Africans and was one of the biggest theives in history.  His legacy is still killing people today.

That is revisionism and it's factually incorrect. In 1939 the country was on the brink of bankrupcy. That's why Hjalmar Schacht resigned as president of the Reichsbank, since his warnings weren't heard. Hitler needed the war and the ensuing loot to keep the boat floating.

Also, the economy was largely geared towards the military industrial complex. It created jobs but it also - see above - created unrepayable debt. Apart from that, there even was a butter shortage in Germany. So, no. Hitler didn't create a sustainable infrastructure. Only a bonfire with a sell by date. To take a modern day example without calling it a 1:1 blueprint: Think of Chavez, that's pretty much what Hitler did to the economy.

Actually Hitler did a lot less for the German economic recovery than one would think. For example the Autobahn programme was instituted in 1931, and Hitler's only contribution was to ensure that the road network was reworked to military needs, thus lessening the economic impact of the roads. Another example, the major infrastructure projects were staffed by underpaid and underfed labourers, who often had little by way of building skills. So unlike the US who introduced similar infrastructure projects, there was little by way of an economic impact. And he ended up sacking Schacht, the author of Nazi economic policy which actually worked, in 27 because Schacht told Hitler to his face that fuelling armaments as Hitler wanted would thrash the economy (which was true, the main drivers of the events in 1938 and 1939 {the three appropriations of foreign lands} which lead to the war was Germany's lack of foreign currency and raw materials, the economy was months from falling apart on the eve of tbe Anschluss and got closer to the cliff from there).
