I wonder if the OP is referencing the weird CBN interview where Jim is rambling on about being struck by lightning, and beaten up by Muslim security guards (who later converted) while filming Passion of the Christ. Working on the film seemed to make him a bit batty, and cause a definite uptick in his intensity. Maybe the lightning it.

I'm never that interested in what actors are doing off the screen. Though I admit to looking up the political stance of some of my favorite actors. Gary Sinise is still one of my favorites although I don't share any of his published views. Love Clint Eastwoods directing work, though I don't see eye to eye with him either. Caviezel, I saw him in person of interest, though I liked Michael Emerson much better.

Yeah, same here. Unless they publicly do something bat-shit crazy, I usually don't care what their stances are off screen.
And I liked Emerson too. But I think for the first half of the first season, because of the way he spoke, every time he talked to John Reese about the Machine, my brain automatically translated it to him talking to John Locke about the Island.

Actually from a hot/ambient temp box they will generally cool a degree a minute down to -20*F on that particular model.
