How crazy is Jim Caviezel?

It's the why you think opening your home to terminally ill children, and showing them some compassion before they die, is 'crazy' is what is being discussed sport. I can see why you would want to move past this, but 'we' (everyone but you) has not moved on yet. I don't think anyone is saying that showing compassion to dying children is crazy... except maybe Yahweh would think that is crazy.
Jesus is like Pinocchio. He's the bastard son of a carpenter. And a liar. And he wishes he was real.

I wonder if the OP is referencing the weird CBN interview where Jim is rambling on about being struck by lightning, and beaten up by Muslim security guards (who later converted) while filming Passion of the Christ. Working on the film seemed to make him a bit batty, and cause a definite uptick in his intensity. Maybe the lightning it.
I'd guess he's pretty far from actual crazy, though. And, I definitely wouldn't consider adopting sick infants/children a character flaw. At any rate, I hope ole' nutty Jim isn't the fraud that his buddy and brother in Christ, Mel Gibson is. Mel dropped his wife, and mother of his eight children to go go nail some hot Russian broad. Not as bad as some schmuck leaving his family in abject poverty, of course, but highly unbecoming nonetheless.
I loved him in Person of Interest. And beyond a few "Christian issues" that come up around him, I really don't know much about the man.

I'm never that interested in what actors are doing off the screen. Though I admit to looking up the political stance of some of my favorite actors. Gary Sinise is still one of my favorites although I don't share any of his published views. Love Clint Eastwoods directing work, though I don't see eye to eye with him either. Caviezel, I saw him in person of interest, though I liked Michael Emerson much better. (July 13, 2016 at 10:54 am)abaris Wrote: I'm never that interested in what actors are doing off the screen. Unless they publicly do something bat-shit crazy, I usually don't care what their stances are off screen. And I liked Emerson too. But I think for the first half of the first season, because of the way he spoke, every time he talked to John Reese about the Machine, my brain automatically translated it to him talking to John Locke about the Island.

He was my favorite Lost character too. So I had no real problem with that.
What've you done with the baby?
Interesting side note.. "Refrigerated trucks" and vans is what I design, build, buy, and sell.
"It will get very cold very fast" Actually from a hot/ambient temp box they will generally cool a degree a minute down to -20*F on that particular model. Oh, and we do not put in wall mounted "polls" at the back inside of the truck as it would hinder fork lift loading. |
