Jalapeno poppers -- stuff the peppers with Jack cheese, wrap in bacon, and grill over a hot fire for a few minutes.
Portabella caps basted in butter and olive oil, stuffed with diced zucchini and tomatoes, minced garlic, and topped with Asiago cheese. Grill for twenty minutes.

Peanut butter omelette. I cannot, in good conscience, recommend it.

Pickled beets with cottage cheese. Or bleu.
Or feta.
Beets are the star of the show, really.

I love beetroot. Particularly wrapped in alfoil and roasted.
They are a must for any BBQ.
