There's no evidence that that's what happened so I don't see why we should be proving a negative. If you say that's what happened then prove it. Aside from that, the horrible horrible person inside my head longs to see him get punched in the head because I think he's a dick. Doesn't mean he should be punched in the head. It's certainly not right or ok to punch him.

Do you really not know what happened, or are you simplifying the whole thing to make Zimmerman look better?

Zimmerman instigated the encounter, contrary to NW training, and declined to avoid the encounter even when advised to do so by the dispatcher.

When you follow someone around at night and refuse to identify yourself when challenged, you are setting the stage for escalation.

There's not really a lot of evidence on either side. I think Zimmerman picked a fight with Martin and then shot him when he was losing. Whether he was losing on purpose so he could shoot him...I don't know. I don't even know that I'm right. The only living person who knows the truth is Zimmerman.
