Multigrain toast with butter, bran flakes, and a Nature Valley Bar. 

So much for not eating after 7pm.

Just finished chicken leg quarters, baked with a baste of butter, olive oil, pepper, garlic, and paprika, and seasoned salt, with steamed rice, broccoli, and mushrooms on the side. Hit the Spot!

Damn, I loves me some yardbird.

Going to make some rice for dinner. And the rest of the chicken that I didn't get around to cooking from Sunday. I don't feel up to cooking, though. I just wanna sleep.

I had a Nature Valley Oatmeal Square a bit back, but I'm still lost on dinner. Maybe I'll nap on it. I just dunno.

Home cooked fried chicken, mushrooms stuffed with spinach and cheese, and broccoli au gratin.

Sometimes, leftover ingredients just kinda come together, and I can make nums.
