Just finished up an omelette for breakfast -- sausage, cheese, tomato, onion, and bell pepper with a little hot sauce wrapped in there, washed down with black coffee.

Making home fries, bacon, chocolate chip pancakes....for an army, of course.

Had an unexpected craving for coffee this morning...but, no creamer. Used milk expired by a few days, instead. 
It smelled "okay". So I took my chances.

Then I spilled some coffee on my keyboard. Seems to be working fine, so far.
It's supposed to be spill-resistant.

Guess I'll have to wait and see on both.

Actually, my stomach is slightly upset. 
Good chance it's the coffee, though. The acid tends to bother me. 

That's why I don't drink it very often.

Jerk chicken. Made using a home marinade, and some lovely sweet scotch bonnet. Yum. Oh and rum, lots of rum.
