Currently I have meatloaf in the oven (lean hamburger, a panade of torn-up rye bread and water, several garlic cloves, dried onions, salt, pepper, a touch of celery salt, one egg, and some Worcestershire sauce).

Just had a chicken thighs I fried up in olive oil, a little soy sauce and garlic/ginger sauce. Also made mashed cauliflower with some butter (gawd help me). Washed it down with a small glass of red wine, followed by a mango Mochi ball for dessert.
Just finished a couple of chicken leg quarters with a baked potato on the side. I am FULL.
Gummi Bears and iced tea.

I made red Thai curry chicken yesterday. Tonight I'm going to make gumbo
I forgot to tell you about the chicken bacon ranch chili I made Saturday. Feels good to be back in the kitchen
Had a pretty big brekky of wheat toast with PB, bran flakes, and Morningstar "sausage". But I think I'll fire up the crockpot and do some chickpea turkey chili. Maybe some french toast this weekend using almond/coconut milk.

This is bullshit. I can't sit around and let everyone cook circles around me, everyday.
I've got a reputation to uphold. (November 10, 2016 at 1:26 pm)c172 Wrote: Had a pretty big brekky of wheat toast with PB, bran flakes, and Morningstar "sausage". Never thought about using almond milk. Thank you for the idea!
Just ate a couple slices of pizza.
