Oh, no....I just overreacted.
I assumed the Mob or something, was forcing you to eat soggy, wet, pink, slushy bagels. Along with soy protein isolate. If you like it, though, that's cool. ![]() But, since you're asking, a fried egg, or cream cheese and jelly is nice.
Stumbled into a fiesta, had a rojo puerco tamal, a thing that think was a quesadilla frito (stuffed with adobada, mushrooms, Oaxaca queso, topped with crema, salsa Verde, shredded cabbage and a crumbled white cheese), maiz (with mayo, chipotle salsa, and lemon), jamaica and limon gelato. All of that was about 6.50 USD, for two people.
OMG Mexicans know how to throw a party.
I made a casserole of leftover chicken, green beans, mushrooms, onions, and tomatoes, drowned in homemade cheddar cheese sauce, topped with parmason cheese and ground nuts.

Made stuffed peppers (quinoa, onion, garlic, mushrooms, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, feta and ricotta cheese -- stuffing bound with egg) last night for dinner.
Turns out the leftovers make a perfectly good breakfast too.
Chilaquiles verde with two over medium eggs. Me gusta!
