Reading novels about a protagonist who's a hot mess and meets a hunky guy while investigating badguys then gets captured by the badguy and subsequently rescued by the hunky guy. 

She hardly ever makes any decisions that advance the plot. The hot, hunky guy just falls head over heals for her because she exists, and then does all the work of defeating the badguys for her. I kinda feel like I should spend more time reading stuff that makes me a more sophisticated, well-rounded human being, but...whatever.
