Not headlineworthy in the USA?

Which doesn't look like PKK handiwork but rather fits the MO os ISIL. If there's an attack on a police station or some military personal, it says PKK. But they never attacked civilians as their primary goal. The whole incident rather reminds me of the 2004 bombings at Spain when Aznar, shortly before the election, tried to hold ETA responsible. Being in the lead right before the attack, he got the boot for lying to his people. I said it back then and I say it now. Attacks like that aren't the MO of seperatists but point to something much more radical than they will ever get.

So, it might have gotten Erdogan's ass to move, but in the wrong direction. He simply tries to settle accounts, thereby endangering what the coalition is supposedly after. Since I stress again, Kurdish forces in the region are the only ones having had some success. To fight them and to push them back is giving ISIS some space to breath. If that is indeed supported by the West, it's the most stupid move I can think of. Even more so since all the other groups are rather obscure as to what the aim for after they have reached their primary goal of unseating Assad. With the Kurds we know that they always have been a mostly secular power, fighting for their own stretch of land.

In short order there will be Kurdish bombs going off in Turkey in reprisal for the Turkish incursion.  That goes without saying.

The Iraqis and their Shi'a militia, Iranian backed, allies are having some success also in their separate advance from Ramadi to Mosul.  They finally do seem to have gotten the idea that you make contact and then call in an airstirke.  ISIS cannot stand up to that combo.  However, apparently determined to make this as difficult on themselves as possible the Iraqi govenment has just dismissed the Sunni defense minister.

This will play right into ISIS' hands but it won't do them any good at Mosul.  Look for more terror attacks in Baghdad.

Credit where Credit is due. The US administration made a statement that the fighting between Kurds and Turkey are inacceptable, according to latest news. So, on these lines, I'm hoping they react in some way. Maybe a little less Erdogan ass kissing is in order.

If we are out to fight ISIS, we bloody well need the Kurds. Even more so, since they are the only ones capturing settlements occupied by ISIS and because we know shit about all the other obscure groups and their ultimate goals.

So Turkey is basically fucking the combined goal right now. But that doesn't seem to be of any interest to the American public. Maybe so because there have been some news these last few days of the American government giving Turkey carte blanche for doing what they're doing. If true, and I have no reason to doubt our more serious networks, this is the equivalent of fucking themselves up the ass.

Umm we have Donald Trump vs Hilary Clinton for president right now. We are too devastated to see anything else. Please, no more horror, we can't take it!
