I just watched the German late night news. I could be mistaken, but I think I saw the turkish forces attacking the Kurds using this.



That's a top of the line Howitzer system of German production. I wonder why they didn't refer to that. If it is indeed used for attacking outside their own territory, it may be in breach of the German constitution to have sold it to Turkey.
