If you want something more recent try these bands, almost every single one of their songs is an instrumental.

God is an Astronaut, Anamaniguchi, Holy Fuck!, The Chemical Brothers, Tapes on Pause.

I don't really think there are any videos of Tapes on Pause on youtube so you'll have to check their bandcamp
