Omg, seems like every time I turn around people I know are in the path of a hurricane. My mother was without power for three days after the last one. Fuck natural disasters. Good luck!

We just heard from my brother in Melbourne. He doesn't have any power but no sever damage, but he hasn't been outside yet because it is still windy and raining.

My folks in Port St. Lucie have a generator and are running on that, although others are back on grid now around there. Lots of yard work ahead.
