How much of a relationship with a "flesh and blood" girl boils down to fantasy, on wonders. Is that really much of a criticism..and -so what- if we can criticise, does that mean anything? We criticize flesh and blood relationships too.

Provided they keep to themselves, what stake do you have in such people? Does their lack of socialization have an impact on your quality of life?

As I said before, they tend to get lumped in with us normal otaku. And they reflect very poorly on our little corner of geekdom. And I'd rather they'd either simply shut up, or detach from the anime community completely. In every type of hobby, etc. The difference is that anime is more popular, and there are a lot of internet memes and stereotypes around it. |
