Hmmmm.. The last guy to play Robin was Joseph Gordon-Levitt, but I wouldn't say he's doing that now . Actually, Michael Cera voiced Robin in Lego Batman most recently... hmm. Maybe you mean Jim Gordon who has more recently been played by Gary Oldman and Ben McKenzie. Sounds British, so probably Oldman. Yeah, no idea.
I was thinking We Sell the Dead until the hints.
I can't remember where this verse is from, I think it got removed from canon:
