Why do I keep having an intense craving for orange juice?

I treat oj like coffee. I really can't consume much caffeine without getting jitters, so I drink oj in the morning instead. It is pretty much straight sugar, though, so I limit myself to half a cup most days, a cup if I'm really feeling down or tired. If you have a headache, maybe you are just craving food/drink that you enjoy, therefore comforts you? It could be so many reasons.

Sugar withdrawals can cause headaches too if you're used to having a lot of it and then stop.

I don't have a stereo.
And you know that when you offer something aggressive my way my answer is usually "Yes please! It'll hurt so good." I guess that's how to scare away the crazy lady. I'm not exactly sane.
