As we say around here, prison is a school. You learn alot in there. Heh, I rehabilitated from my victymless crimes.

If I understand you correctly, you're arguing for this crime being victimless - is that right? That would be on the same lines as saying an armed holdup is victimless unless anybody gets hurt of killed.

Unless some sort of satanist or a genocidal racist joins in the convo I can't imagine much debate to be had in this thread really.

With the exception possibly concerning the prison sentence which I don't think is that ridiculous.

I tend to think what if they were my neighbours. I don't fancy living next to psychos the threaten children's parties with guns.
It's not always just about how can you teach the criminals how to behave better but consider that they have to live next door to someone or at least near other people.
So you can say prison doesn't work but it works to the extent that they can't terrorise that area anymore. Well for a few years at least.
