With the exception of Ireland that's not even a remote challenge.
I would also say it's very much dependent on where you live in a certain country and into which circumstances you are born. I have been to a lot of countries in my life, and they all had their good and bad places for an outside observer.

Are you ready for the fire? We are firemen. WE ARE FIREMEN! The heat doesn’t bother us. We live in the heat. We train in the heat. It tells us that we’re ready, we’re at home, we’re where we’re supposed to be. Flames don’t intimidate us. What do we do? We control the flame. We control them. We move the flames where we want to. And then we extinguish them.

But according to lists online about what everyone hates about the UK,
The culture of getting very very drunk is on so many lists for what they hate about the culture of this country. That's one thing that was on the list of things people hated who came from the UK to go to other countries and people who came from other countries to the UK.
That and public transport.
The NHS is probably bad these days.
I haven't been out drinking, caught public transport or had to go to hospital or the doctor for a while but I have experience of these things and I think we probably could improve on those things.
But from what I've heard from people who I personally know from other places such as Ireland, Nigeria, Sierra leone, Syria, Pakistan and so on the UK is a pretty good place to be.
I've used public transport in both Ireland and the UK recently. Irish public transport is both better & cheaper.

I don't have experience on trains but buses were my worst fucking knightmare.
I'm pretty late to driving I used to have a fear of driving but it got to the point where my anger at buses surpassed my fear of cars.
When you sit there and two empty buses go past that are going your way and your late for work but they both drive past and say "not in service" on the front.
I remember that happened to me on the day I vowed to my family that I'm buying a car as soon as I legitimately can after I pass my test.

Less didactic art, more responsible news media, and a sincere Christian revival - not necessarily in that order.

1. Our current art is fine no one cares weather you like it or not.
2. The news is responsible. Just because shows your wrong and won't suck Trumps dick every 2 minutes does not make it not.
3.Nope it would be nicer if you religion faded away . It's death is long overdue.

Of course your country needs to kill the man appointed as it's president before either one or two (three is something the US should never get, theocracies tend to go into mass murder), but then again he's promised (in a vague and non-specific way) that you can go around oppressing and torturing those who don't believe as you do so you don't give a fuck about what he does to the country, nor about the fact that eventually the machine will turn on you.

USA:
A reevaluation of what it means to be a government. Infrastructure first: Social health care (at least optional). Expanded routes and modes of transit. Better pensions for those truly unable to work (and severe punishment for pension fraud).
Much friendlier atmosphere for third parties.
I don't personally like the electoral college, but I'm still weighing plusses and minuses.
I'm sure I could go on, but this is what sticks out at this moment.
