My thoughts on modern day intersectionalist feminism]

RE: My thoughts on modern day intersectionalist feminism]
Quote:, women do not have more rights than men in the west.  These arguments have been debunked a hundred times.  You should probably look for some new material, and stop using the fallacy of relative privation.
-In times of conflicts or disasters, it shall be the duty of all male citizens residing in the United States to register to the Selective Services Act according to tittle 50 section 453(a) , females are exempt from registration.
-Women receive 40% less prison time than men, for the exact same crime, a study conducted by Sonja Starr at the University of Michigan found out that men have a 63% higher prison sentence
-Female genitalia mutilation is considered an abomination, while male mutilation is a normal procedure most young boys undergo. And don’t tell me that “It is just a piece of skin” so is your eyelid, it evolved there for a purpose. It would be fine if it was done to a consenting adult or a medical emergency, according to US code 18 article 116(a) & (b) . But male circumcision is completely legal and no federal or at least state law protects young boys from circumcision.
-Women who falsely accuse a man of rape, are not punished or if they are they receive a more lenient punishment. 19-year-old Tyler Kost was falsely accused of rape by girls between the ages of 13 & 20, the false allegation was planned by the girls on a Facebook chat group, the Judge released him after 3 years in Prison, but didn’t punish the accusers. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/world/...62785.html

But child custody is given to the mother.
Custody (when disputed) is granted to the more able parent, not necessarily the mother.

Child custody is not per force given to the mother. There are a lot of factors involved.
