I do a lot of different things -- practice serenity and gratitudes, go for a hike, play my guitar -- sometimes I get a song out of it -- write, or read, putter around the house or work on a project.

I suppose the important thing for me is not exactly what I'm doing, but that I'm doing something.

This has been a constant since College days... when I get stressed, I get sleepy. Total super awesome natural solution! Sleep it off!
Once properly rested, the problem(s) is(are) easier to solve, I can think clearer.
Nowadays, I'm almost always sleepy... anti-histamines do nothing to enhance that drowsiness... which is awesome in it's own way, as they also do their proper job when needed.
