I look about 16 without my scruff and I hate it. On the positive side, maybe I'll look 22 if I reach 40.

That's pretty cool; I hope you appreciate what you've got.  In addition, I hope you continue to age very well.  With that said, may you have better luck than me: I also used to look young for my age, but lately, I've noticed from my own observations and via the observations of others that my days of looking "young for my age" are pretty much gone .

Thanks Smile I hope so too tbh, ngl the thought of aging past a certain point really terrifies me. I feel like I have an expiry date in ways, melodramatic bitch

I've actually already started using anti-aging products, since I'm guessing prevention before it happens is key Smile

I don't mean to bash older gays btw, I have a fuckton of respect for older LGBT people who lived in harder times and paved the way for the freedom I have now. I just... don't want to age myself haha

@Vorlon - wow that was such a heartfelt post, I got emotional Sad

I feel like I'm backward. I want to be older than I am. I have always been super mature to a point that as a teenager I would say how obnoxious teenagers were because I didn't count myself as one. I'm pretty sure I turned 35 instead of 15 that year. I joke around saying I don't care about getting old because I'm not in my 30's yet. I think once I hit my 40's I MIGHT get upset that I'm getting 'old' but I doubt it. Hell I'm getting excited that I'm going to be out of my 20's in another two and a half years. People say I don't look my age like Regina and I get carded all the time. Women tell me to enjoy it now cause I will miss it later but I'm more like WTF why didn't you card my husband?

Also if your signature makes my scrolling mess up "you're tacky and I hate you."

When I was in college, one of my peers described me as a 20 year old who was born 40: I've always been an old man at heart.

Now, in regards to being carded, there's a particular occurrence that comes to mind. When I was 30, a group of my classmates had invited me to go out with them after our day's residency training (I had been doing an online master's program) in mediation was completed.  After we grabbed some dinner, the group decided to go out to a bar.  Now, once we entered the lobby and started to head into the bar, I was the only one who was called aside to be carded.  Afterwards, the gal who asked for my id apologized to me and let me be on my way.  Now, IMO, this was interesting, because from my perspective, I was an old guy dressed in a blazer, dress shirt, and dress slacks and would never have thought that someone would card me.

Had Dewey's son lived he'd be in his 40s now.  Of course had he lived I'd never have met Dewey . . .

Yeah, I've dated several men who've fathered children, Dewey and Donnie, AFAIK were the only ones to suffer the loss of child though.  Rich and John and Steve each had one daughter.

Odd things for your vorlon to be contemplating . . .
