Do any of my secular brothers and sisters still think that we do not need our own militias to counter a theocratic government dictatorship?  We better start discussing this more seriously.  We better take the threats to us more seriously.

They'd need some damn heavy oversight to make sure they don't just evolve into vigilante militias. Then again, given that this is Alabama and they actually thought it would be a good idea to give them a police force beyond security guards, this won't end well.
