Paul: Hey guys, I have 500 witnesses that saw the resurrection 20 years ago! Some of them are even alive today. Do any of you want to make the 200 mile journey here to question those witnesses to try to prove me wrong!? WELL DO YOU!?

If Donald Trump can invent several hundred thousand people for his inauguration in an era when people can easily fact-check this whole thing, I see no reason Paul can't invent a crowd of 500 people seeing Jesus in the weeks after the resurrection in an era when the technology didn't exist to verify such claims.
