A guy on a van saw the accident and asked where I was going and if I wanted a ride... nice guy... he was also coming to this site, so that was lucky of me! Smile

Yikes. The back of my heel once slipped off my very claw-like grippy pedals and scraped the back of my ankle so bad that I still have scars. This shit happens.

Whateverist-it's good you spotted it and will work on it. Looks like I'm not the only one slipping.

Ok. I prepped food yesterday for three days. I have all the veggies chopped and the chicken has been cooked. I just need to heat it. This I did for lunch time.

I have my tea bags at my desk at work, so I'm having tea in the morning instead of iced coffee loaded with sugar. I have a bag of almonds at my desk to substitute all the junk food at the office little store located right next to my cubicle. Lol!

And tonight I get back to my workout routine. Haven't done that in a while. It will be hella tough! I want to lose in certain areas, but I like how other areas look when I gain. For example, I like thighs. I don't like my round face, though. I'll have to do plenty leg workout. If only my face could do push ups.

Also cutting down on beer. I don't drink often anymore, but still. I'll do whiskey instead.

As you lose stuff all over, you also lose on your face. Don't worry about particular locations... they'll catch up.

Sweetie, I think you will want your rounds face back someday if you loose it. You are youthful looking. But go ahead if it makes you happy. I think your beautiful.
I was a born-again christian for many years then I got woke.. and now life is better in so many ways. It's taking me time to see my value and find my voice, but the reward is liberating knowing my path is not dictated or controlled by fear of death and the unknown.  Casting off the shackles of religion is pretty fucking awesome. I have loads of fruit and have been eating the crap out of it. I made a homemade knockwurst and baked beans, portioned well. I plan to have more fruit for dessert.

Guess I'm in for a spell.

Went on a short vacay, and got fed, bacon, eggs, and cheese, homemade fajitas and Greek pizza, plus I ate a goddamned Cinnabon. And some other stuff.
My, I had a tasty time!

But, I gained 1.75 pounds.....Jay-sus.

Today, it was a veggie burger, cherries, 2 KIND bars, and a salad for supper (no meat). May have some veggie soup if I get hungry, but that's it.

No eating after 6pm. Period.

The precise time doesn't matter to me, so long as it's about 5 hours or so before bed. I find it much easier to lose weight that way. Gets all of the digestion/absorption over and done with before my metabolism begins slowing down for the night. I also find that I can easily maintain a desired weight that way, despite eating whatever I want during the day (within reason).

Not necessarily a good idea for Pregnant Ladies, though you probably know that already. You've got enough sense to simply be mindful of not gaining excessively, rather than trying to lose.

Clearly, you don't want to see your pregnancy become a Lifetime Movie. Tongue
