pathetic, redundant.

Muslims are a mere pawn in this. The mover of the strings is not limited to bankers, intelligence agencies and Mossad.

Another girl 8yo from the next village over from me now pronounced dead.  I fear this is going to be repeating for the next couple of days.

Atlas I am very thankful that you as an individual have no desire to get violent, but you, like Muslims and Jews and Christians and even Hindus and Buddhists, don't want to face, is that religion is divisive and is a horrible way to conduct politics. It isn't that you can rid a planet of 7 billion of any religion, but you, like most humans refuse to face this fact.

It does not matter what you personally wish other Muslims would do, that does not change that all Muslims still share the same books and heros at the core. Just like in America, our right wing asshole Christians use the same bible as our empathetic left Christians.

Wealth DOES use religion to keep power, but unless you accept that religion is where people think their morality is coming from, you will not be able to tamp down power from using it.

Our entire species history worldwide still does not understand this to a great degree, but if more would do this, the more peace the world could have.

Our species morality is not in a religious club, holy book, or holy leader, OF ANY LABEL. Our species behaviors both good and bad are in our evolution. It is up to humans to accept that more.

She couldn't see the explosion; she was on the other side of the arena, fortunately. She heard the bang and felt the ground shake. She says she knew immediately what was going on but it wasn't until the people started pouring back in the other way, towards her exits that she really started panicking. Her entire area became a mass of frightened, screaming children, clambering over each other to get out. Truly terrifying and if you've seen any of the video, with adults pushing past children, you've got a good idea of the chaos. She says that she couldn't get Paris out of her mind and she was convinced that gun-men were going to come in and start shooting people. Her and her friend stayed together and just kept pushing, eventually making it to an exit.

Her friends parents had dropped them off, gone off round Manchester for an hour or so and had parked up just 15 minutes before the incident. They'd grabbed a McDonalds and had sat in the car to watch for the girls. They heard the explosion which shook the car. It took them a moment to work out what was going on but then the dad sprang in to action, getting as close to the exits as he could to watch for the girls, not knowing which way they would come out. He spotted them almost as soon as they made it through the gates, in spite of the sea of terrified people pouring out, ran over and literally hauled them back to the car. The mum already had it running and as soon as everyone was in, she sped off in fear of something else happening. It took quite some time to calm the girls but eventually kid sister was on the phone to her mum, letting her know she was safe.

It was her first concert, unsupervised, at 14. Her and her bestie off to have times you want to remember for the rest of your life. She'll never forget this.

How horrifying.

Not sure whom you are specifically referring to. From my point of view I don't see anyone thinking what this individual did as good. We all agree what they did was horrible, deeply disturbed and bad.

I never talk in terms myself as "conspiracy". JKF being killed by the Cubans, or Mob that is a conspiracy. "9/11 was an inside job" That is a conspiracy. Conspiracies of any kind are coming from delusional fringes who gap fill because mundane reality isn't sexy enough for them.

Having said that, I do see however, in the west, a level of political rhetoric coming from the right, that does play well to many that markets well, but does not help foster more global stability. I was glad for example, to see France bitch slap in a big margin, their right wing hyper nationalist.

My only point in objecting to the Tweet posted here, was that while I agree with the anger to the act, I am not sure that was the right way to express it. I think that does not only play into the marketing of those inspired to do such horrible things, but at the same time plays into the fears of voters in the west who buy our right wing hyper nationalism.

I do think everyone reading all the posts here all agree it was a horrible act and no sane empathetic person wants things like that to happen.

Could a staff member split the offending posts? Arguing in a thread like this is unseemly, to put it kindly.

ETA: Brian, start your own thread and stop shitting this one up.

The police use the same guns that criminals use.
Law is enforced and kept, using the same firepower thugs use.

Terrorists use the same religious texts I use. It's a matter of justification, humans have this skill of turning anything to the advantage of their logic.
Guns and books are weapons that both evil and good people use.

But the solution is always in the fixing of logic; of how brains work. It never lies in the banning of religions; books; thoughts and even mentalities.

14 years ago, speaking of 9/11 being a Saudi job was enough to send the whole American society laughing at me.
Now it's a fact.

There is no conspiracy theories. There are patterns, that the media owned by bankers is trying to distract people from the fact.

Obviously, you were distracted.
ISIS did exactly what conspiracy theorists claimed: it gave America an excuse to extend its military campaigns outside of Iraq.

Islamic allies of the bankers played the game with the bankers. It's bloody. It hurts. It's full of nail bombs and MOABs.

There's no conspiracy. Ask Tony Blair.

I hear that AG cancelled the rest of the tour. I have mixed feelings about that.
I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem.

Whoever it was, whether a radical Islamist or not, it's hard to imagine how much of a complete coward this person is... to have targeted little girls of all people.

I don't buy it. A suicide bombing that kills dozens of completely innocent people in a public place? Yeah. At least 90% chance radical islamists are behind it. And that's being generous.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
