You don't need to tell the sane who live here. I simply am astounded that the GOP keeps getting half the population to vote against their own self interests.
But, this is what you get with a nation obsessed with Jerry Springer, Duck Dumnasty and WWE.
I wonder if they pass this and GOP voters start getting affected they will wake up?

So the Senate Bill has been released and word among critics is that it's worse than the house bill, at least 3 Republicans have said they won't support it in it's current form.

Ted Cruz hating it should guaranty 80 or 90% of the senate dems supporting it.
Yes, Ted Cruz is THAT HATED in the senate.

Well fuck.
If there are defections from both edges, they can't do anything to the middle without losing more.
Maybe it's time for Senate republicans to all poop in Ted Cruz's mouth ?

Um I have seen reports of a minimum of 4 but in the end I think it will be more than that.
The coastal republicans in more mixed states and even rust belt republicans are going to have a hard time with voters. Just look at all the voters who showed up to town halls to shout these morons down.
I don't think the bill will pass, it not only immoral but political suicide for the GOP.
Medical orgs condemn it, the CBO is surely going to tell us what we knew was coming and what dems already know. It is a fucking immoral piece of shit legislation designed to rob the middle class and poor to fund tax breaks for the rich.

I've heard it said that someone who can afford a smartphone and a tablet does not deserve subsidized medical care, that it should be reserved for the truly needy (homeless people only, I suppose). I think it's much more justifiable to say that someone who has three cars and a two-story house doesn't deserve any new tax breaks.
I'm not anti-Christian. I'm anti-stupid.

virtually all of the homeless people I've encountered at 12 Steppers have better phones than I do . . .
