I am afraid that during a worship ritual (or prayer), accepting being submitted totally to a certain being (no matter if real or not) let the worshipper feels a special pleasant sensation (though in mind) as it is the case when a person submits totally and freely to another one (he/she trusts) sexually, even prior of any act.

Could I blame someone for having pleasant times with a heavenly or earthly being

Fascinating -- I've never achieved a "total submission" state so can't speak from experience.  I do wonder what's causing that pleasant sensation, and if it can be caused by something other than submission (for example, by music or an awe-inspiring natural phenomenon).

Of course, as you say, there are many other ways to have a pleasant sensation, pleasant moment... etc.
So, each person usually chooses the ways that suit better his personal life.
