If I had three wishes (thanks for being so stingy, Luckie!
 ), I would have wished to be ruler of the entire Earth.Imagine what the world could gain from my benevolent dictatorship. A plus side would, of course, be a reversal in human numbers.

Maybe you could come up with a theorem that proves doing the nice thing is always the right thing.

My avatar in no way suggests a skill set that might be useful to your administration in times of trouble. Not that you'd have need of a feline sniper. Or would employ one, even if it seemed like a good idea. Or could talk about it, even if you did use one. What? Did I mention feline sniper? That's crazy! There's no such thing! So I'm certainly not one. Hell, I don't even exist. I wouldn't even admit it if I did. Call me. Or use the usual drop. 
I don't care to be super rich. But i would love to have enough money to financially support myself where i wouldn't have to work and can continue to pursue my passions in life.
