Without a concerted, serious, and well funded program to start reining in human population growth, the elephants (and so many other lifer forms too) are ROYALLY fucked regardless of Trumply.
Say bye bye cheetahs, giraffes, frogs, bees, tigers, mammoths (oops, already nailed them) . . . . The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.
