The trump admin is hiding an ambitious plan by the usda to combat climate change through a series of multi year programs and grant shifts aimed at retooling ag to both adapt and help to remedy the problem.
I guess they prefer suicide pacts to well researched multi disciplinary bipartisan solutions.
