It's a slippery slope argument, but I don't think it's necessarily fallacious. History has shown that erosion of civil liberties tends to snowball. And I have no problem with the banning of Nazi symbols.

Boru I am a freelance photographer. I like to do protests because I can sell those photos to local newspapers. I once witnessed a guy in your typical Neo-Nazi attire. I always witnessed the same guy get his ass beat while everyone just watched. Do I condone that sort of violent behavior? No, I don't. Violence are never the answer. But I can't really say he didn't deserve it. After all he was carrying a sign that depicted Obama as a Monkey...
Was just watching CSPAN taking phone calls. Some MAGAt called in bragging about is military service saying if Trump is impeached there will be hell to pay. Yeah okay tough guy.
