Trump calling it "China virus" is a tactic usually used by dictators, just like in China they blame virus on Americans because that way they put the blame away from themselves and their incompetence. And one of the obviousness of Trump's incompetence shows when he and WH go saying that 200,000 deaths in the US would be a success. While if you look at South Korea where the virus arrived on the same day as the US, and where they were prepared for it and in total had 158 deaths.

No one knows where the virus originated. It's entirely possible it's a virus associated with an animal which is smuggled into China from somewhere else in Asia.
Therefore it could have originated most anywhere. It's entirely possible it originated virtually anywhere, and transported to China to a place it jumped and thrived.
