On his last day in office, Trump mistakenly sanctioned a pizzeria in Verona, Italy as part of an effort to force regime change in Venezuela. The mixup occurred because the restaurant’s owner had the same surname as someone associated with the Venezuelan oil industry.
Love him or hate him, you can’t help but have grudging respect for that level of staggering incompetence.
