I never heard of the guy before he ran for office, but maybe he's just not used to dealing with people as equals. He expects to be a big macho man who bullies people into submission.

Surely, you mean that the plan is to take money away from PP and food stamps to pay favored contractors who will predictably -fail- to build a wall..doing so over budget and behind schedule? It aint the wall that's going to get "funded".
