I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Honestly, however big Trump's wallet is, it's WAY too goddam expensive for him to actually afford. DHS says the initial costs for such a wall are $21.5 billion (not counting maintenance), and the Senate Democrats say it's more likely to cost $70 billion, with annual maintenance costs being $150 million. No matter how rich he's claimed to be, there's no way in Hell he can pay even the more conservative estimate. And there's no way in Hell defunding Planned Parenthood or food stamps is likely to free up much more money.

. . . turning the US into the world's largest walled ghetto. Now, we just gotta talk everyone into walking around in striped pajamas. Do these fuckwits really think that keeping people OUT of the US is going to be a big problem?

If he can't afford it, then he can--as he suggests people who can't afford fucking health care--get a fucking job to pay for it. These guys are real pieces of shit. http://thehill.com/policy/finance/341626...parenthood When Trump said he'd make Mexico pay for the wall he meant through increased tariffs, obviously not getting them to voluntarily pay for it. I mean, it's easy to argue against increased tariffs to pay for a wall, but I guess even easier to argue against a strawposition. Also this article is about some Iowa representative that I've never even heard of proposing something. Not Trump anyway. We can't impose a tariff on goods sold to Mexico, we can only increase the price. None of that is workable.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.

"Mexico is going to pay for the wall! Through... tariffs that the American people pay." So basically America is going to pay Mexico for Mexico to pay for the fucking useless wall that's going to do shit all.
Every political argument I've EVER SEEN almost immediately devolves into "Well the other side did something like that too!" as if it excuses anything.
