Gramps wandered away from the aged care facility, raved appropriately, and got elected POTUS. If it weren't for the fact that the EC put the votes his way, instead of the popular vote, he'd be in the Chump Tower asylum, bilking more suckers...who are obviously less intelligent, or mob-connected, to deal with him.
