I've found God?

RE: I've found God?
If that's what makes you happy, who are we to judge?

Just be happy.

I do not have 100 percent certainty but I feel god, i sound like an idiot to more than the many of you, i know

There could be many gods, there could be another being, but when I feel my love I feel it go into me and a god.

It is not the God of Islam, Allah, for his morals contradict the so called benefits I humanity

I do not know the tales of the Torah, but it's just basics to capitalism, amirite? XD (I am capitalist, it was a joke, lmao)

I do however know a fair amount of the Christian God, nameless or not, I know the changes, the reforms.

Catholisim, the Bible is interpreted by the Church, the Church tells you what they think is good, (I, in New York assume things are pretty good)
Protastanism is your own individual study, I dont know why everyone must see the bible so differently in one denomination

Well, feelings are a complicated thing to understand and even harder to explain. But from a skeptical standpoint it is up to you to test your "god" to make sure there is no other explanation behind your feelings. I'd also suggest you to watch these videos

The granting of a pardon is an imputation of guilt, and the acceptance a confession of it.

RE: I've found God?
There is nothing unusual about sensing the presence of things that do not really exist. Countless millions of other believers have felt or heard different gods. This is key: different god, same experience. This is a strong indication that believers are reporting some kind of psychological event that is common to the human mind rather than evidence of actually making contact with gods. The Hindus, Christians, Muslims, Jews, animists, Rastafarians, ancient Greeks, and so forth who claimed to have made contact with their gods cannot all be right about what they experienced. The only explanation that works is that most, if not all, of the believers who claim to have heard, seen, or felt a god are honestly mistaken about what they experienced. This does not mean that people who make these claims are lying, dumb, or crazy. It simply means they are human.

Like I said before if I watch some scary monster movie I may feel that that monster is around me and yet it's just a delusion. It's actually pretty easy to delude human brain and that's why scary movies are so popular.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

Disrespecting gods is a hobby of mine. Imaginary Tyrants and Daddy figures deserve no special status.

Why should I respect your views then?

Just be happy.

That's all that matters anyway,

I hope you're happy in life too.

That's the point - You shouldn't respect views. If you find something wrong with them, express your criticism. Then there can be a discussion, and in the end hopefully either agreement or more clarity why there is disagreement.

I guess you're right, but what more do I know, atleast I feel happy with god and, it feels right, correct, it's everything i want and need,

I believe in god but surrender myself to the thought that he may not exist, after all, I'm just me

How am I writing a muddled mess? I just wanted people to know what I think

Views and people are different, I dont respect the view that there are more than two genders, but if a person asks me to call them what they want, i will, from time to time i will express my criticism when appropriate, that's what normal people do

Here's something for you guys, I dont believe god hand sculpted everything, I believe he just allowed the universe to unfold

You do not need to respect my views. You are on an atheist forum. Asking for respect towards a god is just inviting mockery. If you take personal offense then perhaps I was right... Your god is really your own imagination. If your god is real then it can deal with me personally.
God thinks it's fun to confuse primates. Larsen's God!

Well no, I ask for respect because that's what normal people do and get in return,

I respect many members of the athiest fourms because, not only have I been irrelgious myself but these people have helped me through tough times, like coming out as athiest,

Everyone here deserves my upmost respect, I believe i should get some in return
