I'm sure she's in heaven. What a protestant pastor would say depends on the denomination. I have a friend who is a protestant pastor, and he believes only people who are Christian during this life go to heaven.

Well we could answer the question by looking at whether consciousness can exist after death (or even during anesthetic or neurodegenerative diseases or is unaffected by drugs) and whether Hell exists, and if so how.
Evidence is that there is no life after death and Hell cannot exist so regardless of Anne Frank's religion or what different fantasists argue about, no, she is not in Hell, she died and no longer exists.
