Well, what do you expect when you give child molesters an air of authority and unrestricted (and unsupervised) access to kids? Especially when you couple that with a leadership that refuses to deal with the problem and just ships the sicko off to a new parish.

I always laugh when one of some asshole claims that the "church" supports charities. No they don't. They collect money from the sheeple ( and I have no doubt take a cut for themselves ) and spread whatever is left around as a kind of patronage for the cassock-wearing child molesters.

If they actually used THEIR money that would be something else. Of course, even "their" money was extorted over the centuries from the dolts under false pretenses.
