Still a Christian - ask me questions/tell me about yourselves

RE: Still a Christian - ask me questions/tell me about yourselves
Right move, Wrong religion.
"For the only way to eternal glory is a life lived in service of our Lord, FSM; Verily it is FSM who is the perfect being the name higher than all names, king of all kings and will bestow upon us all, one day, The great reclaiming"  -The Prophet Boiardi-

Got it, thanks. He seems nice and sincere. Hope he sticks around.
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."

They're all "nice" until they wanna start teaching us the error of our ways.
Because you know, atheists and all. Dodgy

I hope he sticks around too, but without all the preachy stuff attached.

Well based on what I've seen of him so far, I think he will share his opinions without being rude or condescending about it. Having people with different view points here makes the site more interesting I think, so i don't want him to get discouraged from staying.

Agree CL, but do you think it's a coincidence that a certain type usually ignore the rules about posting links. In my experience, if a new user is here 5 minutes and posts links, it usually means their spruking wares and not here to join in and engage in any meaningful way with the other members here....but let's hope I'm wrong...

Just so he understands that he needs to stay off my LAWN!

I violated that rule twice when I first joined bc I didn't understand it/wasn't aware of it. I don't think he did it on purpose. Give the guy a chance.
