Then you value nothing.

Your opinion doesn't make something fact. Worship and value are not mutually exclusive to one another. I don't understand why you continually fail to see this.

It's just like your god. It isn't necessary to have any sort of god in one's life to value things like family, a job, a roof over one's head, clothes on one's back and food in one's mouth.

These are all values that I teach my kids to appreciate because not everyone has a job. Not everyone has a roof over their head. People struggle to put food on the table. If I teach my kids that these things have value, then the take away is that they will appreciate them more. Worship has nothing to do with that.

That's what I've been trying to tell him.
He wont listen.

If you value something, you necessarily have something of top value. Worship is what you top value or what is relatively close to what your top value is.

I explained already the reasons for this, simply, dismissing them doesn't do away with the reasons.

@Wallym thank you for your thoughts of my well being. I am fine though really, I recall the story of Yonus who gave up on his people, but they ended up coming to faith and it surprised him.

I don't give up on anyone but I do realize most are not intellectually sincere and are not searching for a real dialogue, which is one reason I have changed the tone. Before I would have a less assertive tone, but, people mistook it as that I didn't have confidence.

I would say things like "I feel like this and that is true" and people would latch on that, I would explain, it's just etiquette to respect other views, not that I don't have knowledge or certainty, but there is no pleasing a people vehement on one path only, and that is to run away from the very door and path they must come to.

No one actually hates God in himself, that is some theists are wrong, what they are afraid of is what follows, searching for the path and guidance, and submit to the authority and have a duty to help establish his kingdom and help the oppressed, and be with the truthful.

It is much easier to convince whatever shade of grey we took is not that dark. Easier to take what good we like and what evil like, mosh it all up, than take a complete path of submission to God and Goodness.

We will not escape the judgement of truth not for a moment, it's whence we derive our true existence from, from that vision of God and witness of time, so let alone after death.

May the spaghetti bless you. rAmen! 😂😂

If you mean by spaghetti, that sustenance of God and light by which we eat and flourish by, if you mean by meat the best possible taste and nourishment, if you meant by monster that coolest being that is beyond all beings....then ok, alhamdulillah, you praise a being which is all things at their perfection but nothing in particular and is the Archetype of all things through which any (semi) existence exists.

Worship
is slavish devotion to a fantasy.  I have a friend who wants to own every Batman video, book, costume, toy ever made and dresses up like Batman at every possible opportunity.  This behavior is only a fraction of what you're describing, and much more rational, because he knows that he is PLAYING at being a fictional character.  Your version of worship requires self-lobotomization.
Ah, and you think you're like this story of that moron Yonus.  You're here with a mission.  You actually think that you'll go to paradise after converting atheists to worship Allah.
PLEASE HOLD YOUR BREATH.  Maybe after you wake up after self-asphyxiation a few times your damaged brain will re-boot.  And you'll start doing something healthy, like dressing up as Batman.
You've never heard of the Flying Spaghetti Monster?  It's a made-up god, just like every other made-up god in human history, created to make fun of the IDEA OF GOD.

Relax breathe.

I know what it is and what it's used for and even the historical introduction of it when Design was proposed to be taught in school.

It just shows the depth of ignorance humans have resorted to.

It shows the freedom from human ignorance, that we no longer embrace fantasy deities that cannot possibly exist.  It is a symbol of the destruction of theistic delusion.

Freedom lies in acquiring willpower to enable real willful choices, and willpower, goodness, love, perception, proofs, evidence, they go together dear and they go together because of God.

I fail to see what this alleged god has to do with any of those things

Um no, the inventors of that fictional character FSM, was done to parody how humans swallow claims without thinking critically first.

All of the world in antiquity was ignorant because nobody new better back then, not the writers, not the buyers.

Just like you are right to reject a fictional God named "The Flying Spaghetti Monster". Just like you know and accept that Yoda isn't a real profit, but a mere character in a movie.

It was mostly intended to parody Christianity, but it does apply to all the religions of Abraham, and would to me also apply to all mythology in any case regardless.

If you start a proposition with a naked assertion, to me it would be as absurd as claiming that the NFL football Patriots beat the baseball Cubs in the pro  ice hockey championship Stanley Cup.

Humans get sold the religions of their parents and unfortunately babies are not born with critical thinking skills. The good thing though, is we can work around our false perceptions, when we chose to.
