Not every, where did I say every?
Please don't put words I didn't say into my mouth ! especially when two posts back, I preach equality between everybody!
Don't put words in my mouth.
As for racism, lots in the west don't give a shit about the foreign policy of their countries, and that is not unique; most humans are like this, for the western kid to become so fat, and the Somali kid too skinny.
If you question this; go ask the UN. Or Amnesty?
Fuck you; and have a good day. I didn't paint all westerners. I'm not racist. I wrote so many times that I'm not; it's getting boring to repeat.

You will find that, in many cases (dare I say most?) being fat is actually a consequence of a poor diet. Poor in terms of nutrients and poor in terms of the money spent on it.

So, yet again the guns were purchased legally, not black market. In this case, due to an error in criminal reporting on behalf of the Air Force.
Sigh. Not that this fact matters. They are coming to get your guns, go buy moar.

Yeah, because this was a Baptist church, so it would have happened during mess.

No still, sucky laws that dont vet well. Va Tech shooter also had no record at time of purchase. This guy did have a record so it still remains our vetting sucks both ways.
I am tired of this crap that legal at time of buy means nothing bad will happen after the buy.
Bring this up will allow the nuts on the far right to say, "Not legal buyer's fault that was not caught".
The focus needs to be that we STILL make too many and our vetting sucks.
And the sane need to take away the bullshit narrative from the right that the sane want to ban all firearms. NO, we simply want less firearm deaths and we cant have that when we have a flooded market and sucky vetting laws.
The worst thing our government did were two things. 1. Undid the assault weapons ban. 2. Banned lawsuits against the companies.
Australia had one mass shooting and woke up, when is America going to wake up?

Yes

I see that Trump played the "good guy with a gun" card.

This is unthinkable. I can't even wrap my head around something like this. You spend your entire life raising your family, and it's all gone in just one moment...
Quote: 8 members of the Holcombe family died, leaving Joe Holcombe, 86, to mourn the loss of the generations he had raised.
https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/11/06/us...AfOp?amp=1
Quote:Danny and his wife had tried for a baby for a long time, Ms. Kincaid added, and when she got pregnant, his wife “quit her job and devoted her life to having that baby and being a mom.
This is just awful.... their only child and all their grandchildren....

My post was specifically about the rhetoric used by the shooter. Sounds exactly like the kind of things some people say on this forum. Personally, I do not believe "hate speech" is a legitimate category; however, there are very many people on AF who will claim that similar speech directed towards gays and minorities encourage this kind of violence. If that is, the case, then those people should be concerned about extreme expressions of religious bigotry...exactly the kind that has been directed towards C/L in this thread.
What was the rhetoric used by the shooter? A quote would be nice.

Apparently he would post on Facebook about Christians and religious people being stupid.
Quote:Classmate Nina Rosa Nava write on Facebook that the mass murderer used to rant on the social network about his atheist beliefs.
She said: “He was always talking about how people who believe in God were stupid and trying to preach his atheism.”
