My company has been hiring many younger (and cheaper) workers in the last 5 years or so and almost all are in the "millennial" label. Most, if not all, are decent workers and none brought their mom or dad to their job interview.
I don't know if millennials are objectively brattier and more entitled than my Gen X generation but, if they are, the blame rests squarely on the shoulders of their parents who didn't teach them any better.
